These terms govern the website. They do not govern consulting work, which is covered by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

No professional relationship is created

Browsing this site, or sending an inquiry through it, does not create a consulting, advisory, or professional relationship between you and GLOBAL EPI LLC. That relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Until then, please do not send us anything confidential that you would not want to share with a party you have no agreement with.
